    Description

    Men's large, short sleeve cycling jersey by Airtex in Spain. This jersey is from Federico Bahamontes' bike shop in Toledo, Spain. A work friend of mine was from Toledo and was going back to Spain to visit in 1996. I asked him to get me a jersey from somewhere in Spain and this is what he brought me. He went to Bahamontes' shop himself and bought it. Bahamontes' shop has since closed. It has never been used, is in excellent new condition except the elastic at the bottom is getting brittle. Bahamontes won the 1959 Tour de France and was the first man to win the mountain classification in all three Grand Tours (France, Italy & Spain). Great piece of cycling gear coming directly from the bike shop of the man considered to be the greatest climber of all time. The Eagle of Toledo!!!
